This means that there are conditions placed on the Arpeggio Web Worx copyright notices and that the License Agreements must be adhered to.
The Arpeggio Web Worx copyright announcement displayed on the Administration Tools of Arpeggio Web Worx software complies with all relevant sections of the International Copyright Code and thus can not be removed, or may only be appropriately modified.
It is not the intention of the Arpeggio Web Worx Administration Tools copyright announcement to claim rights or contest your rights to work written entirely by you; rather, the intent is to exercise the right to control the distribution of derivative or collective works based on the Arpeggio Web Worx modular software.
It is entirely within your right however to add to the copyright notice to claim rights on the changes you have made.
Please note that the Arpeggio Web Worx Administration Tools copyright announcement must still exist regardless if the default Arpeggio Web Worx-copyrighted Administration Tools theme has been modified.
The separate text "Powered by Arpeggio Web Worx", or similar text, displayed on both Administration Tools and on the various modules is required to have displayed on all web sites using the software, although placement can be appropriately determined to accommodate design.
