Service, and accepts online loan applications and distributes them in Fannie Mae
format (importable to most mortgage processing software applications. This tool
can have loan applications sent to specific loan officers automatically. Files
are downloaded directly in Calyx Point or other loan processing systems. The
system includes mortgage rate calculators, secure online loan application software, interest rate
data feeds, tell a friend email tools, comparative market analysis forms, investment property analysis forms, and much more.
This real estate / mortgage brokerage configuration provides advanced
site and content management functions for realtors or mortgage brokers and loan officers to update your site as easily as
if it were a Microsoft Word document, manage administrative users, registered
visitors, navigation of the site, and comprehensive search functions. The
package also includes the Promote! contact management module which provides
comprehensive email and contact management tools. The Promote! module adds
contact data collection tools, sorting tools, email newsletter and advertisement
sending tools, template management functions, and other related contact
management functions. This package also includes an affiliate
marketing module, added here for the ability to create unique website pages for
specific properties or for particular loan officers. The various modules
combine to provide an advanced yet easy to use system for real estate or mortgage business websites.
The purchase price
includes site graphic design and layout, installation and configuration of the
above described system, 6 months of hosting services, and 3 months of search
engine submission services.
Licensing: Our licensing system is per site, per module, and is not
increased by the traffic to the site, as with some other competing products.
Once you purchase a module, it is yours for the site domain you purchased it
for. If your traffic increases, there is no additional fee.
